Richmond, VA jewelers join to raise over $11,000 for Children’s Hospital Foundation

(RICHMOND, VA) - Richmond, VA Jewelers are pleased to announce that their 2018 Jewels for Children raffle raised $11,275 for the Children’s Hospital Foundation of Richmond at the 55th Annual Children’s Hospital Foundation Ball. The annual raffle, organized by Cheryl Fornash of Cheryl Fornash Jewelers, has raised over $114,000 in support of Richmond-area non-profit organizations since 2009.

The 2018 Jewels for Children raffle collection - unveiled in its entirety at the Ball each year - featured ten items with a value of  $1,500 or more including: a Jude Frances Silver Provence three stone cuff bracelet in sterling silver with white topaz and labradorite doubles donated by Lustre by Adolf; a Peter Storm 18-karat white gold and diamond 3-row fashion band donated by Carreras Jewelers; a pair of 14-karat gold, diamond and green quartz earrings donated by Charles Schwarzschild Jeweler; a 14-karat white gold ring with a 6.70 carat oval blue zircon and diamonds donated by Cheryl Fornash Jewelers; a Gentleman’s Frederique Constant Classic Automatic Wrist Watch donated by Cowardin’s Jewelers; a sterling silver, enamel and carnelian pendant by Jung-won Joo on a triple strand necklace of peridot, spessartite garnet and neon apatite donate by Dransfield Jewelers; a Marco Moore 14-karat gold ring with oval cut smoky quartz and diamond halo-edge donated by Fink’s Jewelers; a 14-karat white gold amethyst and diamond necklace donated by Schwarzschild Jewelers; and pair of 18-karat yellow gold rope huggy earrings with blue topaz and amethyst donated by Victoria Charles Jewellery. The jewelers have all participated in the Jewels raffle since its inception.
