Introducing Sammie! Sammie is the cherished office mascot at CWJ Brands in Sunrise, Florida. She is a mixed breed rescue who survived abuse in her past which resulted in her losing part of her lower jaw. Sammie now enjoys living the life of a completely pampered pup! She is described as having “the biggest heart” and a “giant love bug.” She is always ready to give and receive boundless affection from those she trusts - once she accepts you, she’s like your new best friend. Sammie’s favorite activities include belly rubs, carrot snacks and riding shot gun. Sammie’s smile and joyfulness make the workplace a better and happier place!

Say hello to Gatsby! The Teacup Yorkie works with his human Allie Peck, vice president at Brevani. Gatsby is a bundle of energy. The 5 pound, 2 ounce company “attack dog” loves to greet everyone, specifically the mailman who has turned into his best friend. When not busy with his greeter duties Gatsby can be found snuggling with his plush elephant named Ellie, playing fetch and then not returning the ball, or enjoying the attention and affection of a Brevani team member. He’s just perfect for employee morale.

Meet the “Jewelry Hounds”, Onyx and Puffy of Nunez Fine Jewelers in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Puffy is an 18-year-old Peek-a-Poo who has been greeting customers since Nunez Fine Jewelry opened in 2005. She now does more napping than greeting. Onyx, a 6-year-old Yorkie-Poo has picked up the slack. They join their human Debbie Nunez at work every day and are asked about if they are out of sight. The precious pups are indulged with belly rubs while watch batteries are changed, provide a great distraction for children whose parents are busy shopping and look fabulous in pearls.

Say hello to Rosie! Rosie, a rescue from Foothills Golden Retriever Rescue, works with her store-owner humans Greg and Lynn Pope at G.A. Pope Fine Jewelry in Hendersonville, North Carolina. Her primary job responsibility is customer relations, however the beautiful, photogenic canine is regularly asked to model for billboards, direct mail and newspaper advertising. Proving if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it, Rosie is the Pope’s 5th Golden Retriever and first rescue. Prior to her adoption Rosie spent her days alone in the backyard of her previous owners. Her life has definitely improved. Rosie loves her job and the customers love her. She greets every customer and has made friends with all the delivery drivers.

This is little Misty the Shih Tzu. The 2-year-old beauty comes from a jewelry family - her mommy human, Laurie Cusher is the owner of Hyde Park Jeweler in Hyde Park, New York and her daddy human is a road rep for Facets USA and Norgem. Laurie hangs a Shih Tzu flag in the window when Misty is on the job in the store. Everyone loves Misty and she greets all that come through the door. I can’t imagine a better welcome than that.

Meet precious little Penny the Corgi. Penny works with her human Karen Bandy, owner of Karen Bandy Design Jeweler in Bend, Oregon. A greeter extraordinaire, Penny loves to meet the customers, but as soon as she has done that and barks once to get her treat, she curls up near them for a little nap. Karen says she’s a very sweet dog and is always ready to go to work - but is also always ready to go home at the end of a long day. She waits patiently by the door and always makes sure Karen sets the alarm.

Say hello to Chewy. Chewy works as the “Watch Dog” at Wristwatch Doc in Columbia, South Carolina. A 15 lb., 3-year-old Red Nose Pitt Bull and Chihuahua mix, Chewy loves people, kids and greeting customers, however he is very good at being a protector in case of trouble, says his human John Gawronski. When not protecting the store, Chewy enjoys chasing cats, squirrels and mice, getting his tummy rubbed and ladies - John says, “Chewy is a player!” John and Chewy are best friends. “They go everywhere together,” says John’s wife Cyndi.
